LE RELAIS DES PICKETTS, at Sevrier

Furnished apartments to rent, 200 m from lake Annecy, in one house. The appartments have internet connection with WiFi.

A large flat of 100 m², for 4 to 6 persons, light and spacious, it is situated on the 2nd floor of a farmhouse. (The flat 4/6)

Comfortably furnished with an american style kitchen, a large sitting room, bathroom, three bedrooms to accommodate 4 to 6 people, it has been classed as 4 star by the tourist office.
- There are two small terraces equipped with deckchairs and furnitures, with a view of the surrounding mountains.
- A bicycle / ski garage and
- a little garden equipped with garden furnitures are at the disposition of the renters.
A flat of 55 m², for 2 to 4 persons, warmhearted and comfortable, it is situated on the first floor. It has been classed as 4 star by the tourist office. (The flat 2/4)

Comfortably furnished with an kitchen and dining-room, a big sitting room (transformable to a chambre with 2 beds), a room with doublebed.
- 1 big balcon equipped with deckchair, table and banc.
- 1 little collective garden with table et bancs and
- a bicycle / ski garage for your disposition.

They are well situated, near shops and services (at 500 m there are 2 supermarkets, doctors, chemist, bank, post office ...) There are also sports facilities at Sevrier.

In summer
on the lake reputed to be the cleanest in Europe, all water sports are possible: swimming, sailing, water skiing, diving, canoeing, kayak and fishing.
There is a cycle track which follows the lake for more than 30 km for cycling, roller blading an jogging. This special track is much used to go to Annecy by bike.
Around the lake there are many walks and rambles, well mapped and signposted in the surounding mountains, as well as parapenting.
At Sevrier there is tennis, horse riding, bowling, café-theatre, discotheque ...

In winter
there are numberous ski resorts about 45 minutes away with all types of winter sports.

And of course, all year round, Annecy with its old roman town, markets, rich in monuments and wonderful Art, is an absolute must to visit.

Wether you are with family or friends, sporty or nature lover, or just want to relax and look at flea markets, you will spend a very good time on holiday in Sevrier.
